Personal Blog: Squats

I’ve had a few of you asking me when I’m going to do two things…

1)- When are you going to post another pic of yourself?

2)- When are you going to post another personal blog post?

This is cheating, but I’m going to do it right now. I’ve been absolutely insanely crazy busy and do have about 1,000 things I want to write about. Including the guy who keeps jerking off in our apartment courtyard (basically out in the open) and about the guy who decided to pull out his cock at Starbucks as I handed him his drink. Um, thanks for the tip, but I prefer a tip of a different variety.

But for now… as the title suggest… I’m going to kill two birds with one stone and post both a pic of myself AND do a quick post. I’ve been doing a lot of leg workouts lately- as they say, friends don’t let friends skip leg day. And that, I surely am not doing. So… for your viewing pleasure (especially those who have a thing for legs): my legs during a 220lb squat:
